The quality control system in our factory is a comprehensive and highly efficient mechanism. Our quality control team is composed of specialists with diverse backgrounds in textile engineering, garment manufacturing, and quality management.

At the onset of production, they work closely with suppliers to verify the quality of incoming materials, conducting detailed tests such as strength tests for fabrics and checks for any impurities or defects. As the production progresses, in-line inspections are carried out at regular intervals. These inspections involve careful examination of the stitching quality, sizing accuracy, and overall workmanship of each garment.

We have established a statistical process control system that enables us to monitor production trends and identify any potential variations or deviations early on. This proactive approach allows for timely corrective actions to be taken, minimizing the risk of large-scale quality issues.

We also emphasizes on final quality audits. Each finished product is inspected against a checklist that covers all aspects of quality, from visual appearance to functional performance. Only those products that pass this stringent final inspection are packaged and dispatched.
